Chocolate, red fruits, toasted nuts. Something new every cup.
The current blend starts with the smooth, chocolaty-goodness of Guatemala Evelia contrasted by the fruit-forward intensity of the dry-processed Ethiopia Konga. Indonesia Gunung Tilu, while lower in the mix, adds body and balances out the blend with a subtle refreshingness.
The flavor profiles of these three coffees shift quite a bit, so you can expect a slightly different cup from day to day. Look for dark chocolate and roasted nut flavors fresh off the roast with subtle red and tropical fruits popping up after a few days rest. This one will test your tasting skills.
